Retrofit pays off.
A professional tool-grinding machine is mechanically capable of 25 years and more — provided wear parts are replaced in time and in the right quality. We see the tool grinder — whether from Walter, Vollmer, Rollomatic or Saacke — not as a “written-off” asset, but as a long-life platform whose core (machine bed, cast structure, geometry base) lasts for decades. What wears out are guides, spindles, bearings, drives, measuring and lubrication systems — and those are exactly the components we supply.
Every one of our components is at least at original-equipment quality level — or above.
