eGrind
The eGrind series was developed by GDS specifically for the Walter Mini Automation high-performance grinding center. Our goal was to offer the highest accuracy and flexibility.
µGrind
Setup with micron-level accuracy in just a few minutes using two gauges, with absolute repeatability when changing blanks or collets (to change diameters)
VIPER
VIPER is the powerhouse of our GDS clamping series. Precise, fast, versatile and strong – perfectly equipped for all applications. Intense holding forces, versatile applicability and high repeatability at minimal set-up times are basic requirements of economic and cost-efficient manufacturing.
ALLIGATOR
The ALLIGATOR series is the latest GDS innovation in the field of hydro-expansion precision chucks. Specially developed for use in tool grinding machines, it has excellent damping properties as well as precise concentricity and repeatability.
xGrind
The xGrind HPS20 also provides consistent clamping force and concentricity even with a relatively short clamping length. The xGrind HPS20 delivers the conditions for a predictable and stable grinding operation.
Clamp Stick
Clamp Stick’s extremely tight concentricity and runout tolerances allows you to manufacture and resharpen tools with high precision. Clamp Stick’s fast and easy handling gives you enormous flexibility.
High precision collets
HPS collets have been specially developed by GDS for use in HPS clamping devices. They are the ideal complement for the µGrind booster HPS 20, the µGrind booster HPS 20 L and the xGrind HPS 20 SK50. This results in a perfect combination of chuck and collet, which are ideally matched to each other.
